Yiddish?

Nanny and PopPop
Nanny and PopPop

Yiddish is a lovely mix of German and Hebrew. I find it so descriptive, even if you don’t know what the hell it means! It’s fun to say, hard to spell and I am happy to do my part to keep this dying language alive.

So, just in case you didn’t grow up with an Aunt Frieda, or my Nanny and PopPop, I have a list of some popular links to the robust and fun world of Yiddish, or as I use it, Yinglish…I’d introduce you directly to my relatives, over a nice nosh, but they are long gone…may they rest in peace, poo poo!

If you don’t find what you need, drop me a note! Please to help keep this magical language alive!
